1. General Terms
– By placing an order and making payment, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.
– I reserve the right to decline any project or client.
– All communication regarding your order (chat, email, or request form) will be documented in a List of Instructions included in your quote and PayPal invoice.
– It is your responsibility to ensure all required details are included in the List of Instructions before work begins.

2. Instructions List
This refers to the info and details of how your order will be placed.
The collected info here, will correspond to the provided by you trough chat, email and/or the Request Form.

The info contained on the Instructions List will be communicated to you through the Quote and the Description Box on the PayPal Invoice; before we start working on your order.

It is your responsibility to check and make sure it includes all the details of how you want your order.

3. Revisions
We strive to guarantee full satisfaction. Revisions might be necessary in order to achieve that goal.

You have the right to request changes that you consider necessary as long as they adhere to your Instructions List

Requests not included in the Instructions List will be considered a New Order with extra cost:

A. Change of mind to the initial request.

B. High complexity changes that imply extra work or redoing it.

In A/B cases, in order to proceed you must first pay the extra cost according to the complexity.

4. Refunds/Cancellations
As long as the work submitted is subject to the Instructions List , we will not make any type of refund under any circumstances.

It covers reasons such as:
– “I don’t like it and I don’t know why”
– “I don’t need it anymore”
– Financial or personal issues

5. Customer Decisions
If you, the client, breaches this Terms of Service, it will your responsability, and you must assume the consequences without disputes.

“Not satisfied”
– Denial/Non-payment for extra revisions

“Not received”
– If 100% payment is not made, the work will not be delivered; not even partially.

6. Deadlines and Delivery times
– The length and complexity of your request determine the delivery time and the date will be specified, agreed and communicated upon commission.

– Your order will be presented to you for approval prior to completion.
We will not complete the order until it be approved by you.

– In the case of feedback delay from your part, potentially expect, because of this, delay in the order completion.

– If unexpected delays occur on my end (illness, technical issues), I will inform you promptly.

Working Hours
– Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (GMT-5).
– Orders placed outside business hours will be handled the next business day.

Rush Orders
Please, understand my work requires a big doses of creativity, therefore:

– Expedited work is available for an additional rush fee, depending on urgency and complexity. Contact me to discuss costs.

7. Payments
– A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.
– The remaining 50% balance is required before final delivery.
– All payments include applicable PayPal fees.
– After an order is approved, and once 100% of the payment has been made, a digital file will be sent via email and this order will be considered completed.
Any subsequent request/change will be considered a New Order.
– If 100% payment is not made, the work will not be delivered; not even partially, and I retain full rights to modify or use the work for any purpose through any means.

8. Usage Rights
Commissions are strictly for personal use, unless you purchase a commercial Copyright License.

– As the artist, I hold and retain every right over any produced artwork; so I may do whatever I wish with it.
– Use the design anywhere in order to promote myself.
– Alter the image for promotional purposes.
– You must credit and tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.

You are allowed to:
✔ Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.
✔ Print for personal use (e.g., posters, mugs, shirts).

You are NOT allowed to:
✘ Take credit for any of my work or claim it as your own.
✘ Profit commercially of my creations in any form without purchasing the rights from me (whether online or offline).
✘Alter or edit my creations for any purposes.

9. Copyright License & Commercial Use
Commercial use requires a separate agreement and fee.

If you, the client, wish to order a commission for Commercial Use it must communicated and agreed upon upfront to be included in your project cost.

All design works are legally protected by copyright (https://www.wipo.int/copyright/en/) and in case the client give them a commercial destination without adquiring a Copyright License with us, this will be considered a infringement of the intellectual rights of the work, it will result in legal action.
